Radishes were abundant this year. My lucky one is the French Breakfast Radishes. They are juicy and tender. Not too spicy. I even try the green tops. I sautéed them with garlic and ground black pepper and salt. Sometimes, I cooked them with sweet teriyaki sauce. At other time I cooked them with sweet bbq sauce. They are delicious.
I have yet to try the radishes green soup. I heard they are good blended with butter and garlic.

A nice harvest! I seldom eat radishes. When I do, it's during a Japanese meal.
